Stop the pity party! You can begin again… The latest Dessert Devotion features homemade chocolate ice cream.  All you need is a hand mixer.  The devotional is based on Ruth 1:19-22 “Get Over Starting Over”.

Chocolate Brownie Ice Cream

16 oz heavy whipping cream

14 oz sweetened condensed milk

4 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa

2 cups of brownie pieces

With a hand mixer, whip cream until peaks form. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and cocoa. Then stir in brownie pieces.

Freeze for at least 8 hours. No ice cream maker necessary!
