An ice cream cake is not a cake that you bake, but a cake that you “build”. Take time to think about what we are “building” with our lives.

Ice Cream Sandwich Cake

16 Ice cream sandwiches (quartered)

20 Oreos (crushed)

½ cup hot fudge or chocolate syrup

2 tbsp Milk

Cool whip or Whipped Cream (3 cups/24 oz)

Mix oreo crumbles with 2 tbsp milk and place in bottom of a springform pan.

Arrange ice cream sandwiches in concentric circles inside the pan.

Use cool whip as a layer between each “circle”

Freeze for at least 1 hour. Overnight is better. Use more cool whip to decorate.
